5. Company’s Response to Valid Notices
Receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly:

• Maintain records of all notices received and actions taken;

6. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe material removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice was removed erroneously or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
• Your physical or electronic signature;

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America.
All disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Yamhill County, Oregon.

We reserve the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice.
