• U.S. Federal and State Trade Secret Law
• Copyright Law
• Patent Law (including pending applications)

• All IP is considered ultra-classified and proprietary. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse engineering, distribution, disclosure, or exploitation of such IP is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use or disclosure will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to:
• Injunctive relief without bond
• Compensatory and punitive damages
• Criminal referrals and prosecution where applicable

5. License and Use Restrictions
